The technique of drawing up of a map:

Area map of Garden radish Raphanus sativus L. var. sativus was made on the base of literature data (Atlas, 1960; State ., 1994, 2004) using map of arable territory of the USSR (The Computer., 2003). Area covers almost all arable territory of the USSR (Matveev, Rubtsov, 1985; Cultural flora, 1985; Sazonova, Pivovarova, Mantarova, 1986) Main plantations are situated in Nechernozem'e zone of Russia (Vekhov, 1978).
