Date of creation:

12.09.2003.

Scale:

1:20 000 000.

Accuracy of a map:

It is created on materials of map of natural scale 1:40 000 000.

Projection:

"Alber.s Equal Area for the USSR", 9, 1001, 7, 100, 0, 44, 68, 0, 0

Basic contents:

Vector map. Zones of distribution and harm are shown by polygons.

Accuracy of the classifier:

The area is divided into zones of very high (epiphytoty every 3rd year), high (epiphytoty every 5th year), and moderate harm (epiphytoty every 10th year).

Procedure of map drawing:

Zones of distribution and harming activity are identified by results of the analysis of the cartographical materials published and data on the fungus distribution. Chumakov & Martyanov.s (1971) map is used as a basis for the map of Puccinia graminis f. sp. secalis with specifications according to Transhel (1939). Borders of zones of different harm are given after A.E. Chumakov. Blank map with area and zones of harm has been scanned. Registration and vectoring of the raster map have been performed by standard tools of current GIS-tecnologies.
