Accuracy of the classifier:

In the regions of soybean growing, only the Russian Far East is marked out, where H.glycines is widely distributed (to 60% of the fields are infested), and the yield losses amount to 50% and more.

Method of map production:

The territories of H.glycines wide distribution and high severity are depicted (Amur Region and Primorskii Territory) on the blank map with borders of soybean growing regions and administrative districts. These data result from the versatile investigation of the Soybean Cyst Nematode by Glotova (1977, 1987) in 1970-80-s. The data on the pest population in the Khabarovsk Territory are absent, but the situation is most likely similar with that in the other regions.
