Scale:

1:20,000,000.

Exactness of map:

Map is based on data from herbarium specimens and on a map to the scale of 1:25,000,000.

The projection:

"Alber's Equal Area Conic for Russia", 9, 1001, 7, 100, 0, 44, 68, 0, 0.

Basic contents:

Map is a vector file consisting of polygons and points. Locations of species are represented by points; areas of possible species distribution are represented by polygons.

Accuracy of classifier:

Points represent locations of the species referenced in literature and the sites from which herbarium specimens were taken. Polygons were created using generalized information from literature and herbarium specimens.

Method of map production:

Species location data were obtained from a database of site coordinates of the species.s locations (N.I. Vavilov Institute, 1992) and a map published by N.V.Friesen (1988). The species has a disjunctive area. In general, the borders were constructed using information from herbarium specimens of VIR stored in the IRS database. Small polygon in Tyva Republic was constructed using points published by N. Friesen (1988).
