Accuracy of qualifier:

Points represent sites at which herbarium specimens of the species have been found and species locations cited in published references. The general distribution area was created by generalizing information on distribution of the species.

Mapping procedure:

The map was created using herbarium data and published maps from Grossheim.s monograph, "Flora of the Caucasus" (1939).
In the former USSR, the species is found among crops of summer cultures and on desert badlands in the lower mountain belt of Central Asia.
